Description

This statue stand approx.30 to 40 ft. high. It is small by no means. It sits in the middle of Broadway Ave. J (which is one of the busiest streets in Galveston) and 25th st. With all of the traffic, both vehicles and pedestrians, it was impossible to set up a tripod and shoot a stack of pictures. I waited for the right moment and got one shot, before traffic was in the way again. Luckily I got this shot because I waited another half hour with no break in traffic and finally left. Sometimes, you only need one shot if you are lucky.
